1. Student visa (subclass 500) visa
Coming into effect on July 1, 2016, a student subclass 500 visa lets you stay in Australia for the duration of your study program, which is mostly up to five years and in line with your enrolment date. For a smooth stay, you need to ensure that your visa remains valid and that you abide by the student visa conditions mentioned on your student visa. Stay: Up to 5 years and in line with your enrolment.
Cost: The standard application fee for an Australian visa is AU$ 710 until exempt.
2. Temporary Graduate Visa (Subclass 485) visa fee :
POST STUDY WORK STREAM: : This visa is for the international students who have recently graduated with a degree from an Australian institution. This visa lets you live, work and study in Australia, temporarily. STAY: Usually between 2 and 4 years, depending on your qualification. (Applicants holding a select degree may be eligible for an extended 2 year stay on their visa)

ELIGIBILITY:
If you already hold a Post-Study Work visa and are eligible for the additional 2 year stay for holding a select degree, Applicants holding a select degree are only eligible to be granted the extended 2 years once and further applications for the extension will be made invalid.

GRADUTAE WORK STREAM
This visa is for international students who have recently graduated with qualifications that are relevant to specific occupations Australia needs. It lets you live, study and work in Australia temporarily.
STAY: Up to 18 months
COST: From AU$ 1895.00
(Hong Kong and British National Overseas passport holders may stay for 5 years.)
Applicants who have graduated with a Bachelor degree or higher, may wish to consider if the Post-Study Work stream visa is more appropriate for them, (noting that the Post-Study Work stream is only available for applicants whose first Student visa was granted on the basis of an application made on or after 5 November 2011)
